I have a room for rent!
Total is $1500 for rent, all utilities, wifi, parking, all included. No damage deposit, and walking distance from a safeway, shoppers drugmart, and a few other shops, bars, and restaurants. It's also really close to Fish Creek Park.

The room is furnished with a queensize bed, dresser, and nightstands (I'm renting the bigger of the two rooms), and the house itself is 2 and a half levels (first floor I call a "lobby" cause its a hall leading up stairs, second floor is the living room, kitchen, laundry room, and what I call my "book nook", 3rd floor is bathroom, both bedrooms, and the furnace room), in-suit laundry (brand new dryer), dishwasher, balcony upstairs, and patio area downstairs.

My roommate got a job out of town and is moving February 1st so the room is available really soon
