About the roomies
Current tenant is a 33-year old researcher who works at UBCO. I tend to be mostly extraverted, friendly, and get along with people from all walks of life! I spend my time mostly in my research at the university. When I’m not at work, I’m engaging in a variety of hobbies, such as hanging with friends, playing sports, cycling, chillin’ at the beach, watching TV, playing board games, going camping and hiking. I travel a lot, so I don’t tend to be home the entire month.
Ideally looking for a roommate who is clean, courteous and respectful, friendly, career-driven, with a typical sleep and work schedule.
House rules:
Share cleaning responsibilities (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning counters, stovetops/fridge, and common spaces, etc.)
Leave common areas in the same state as before (e.g., no dishes in the sink overnight)
Avoid noise (no slamming doors and cupboards, keeping reasonable volume levels on devices, conversational voices on the phone, with friends, etc.)
Guests allowed - just give each other notice for overnight guests (non-partners), especially if using the common spaces
Leave things where you found them (ask if you need to borrow something)
Please inquire with a little information about who you are (occupation, lifestyle, qualities as a roommate)
