The room will be unfurnished, but suitable for a double bed and desk fairly good size closet. I’m looking for somebody long-term. Preferably the property is on Aquitaine Avenue/Glen Erin Drive, perfectly on the lake Aquitaine. The apartment faces the trail of Lake Aquitaine and is minutes from bus route 44, 90, 48 and is also nearby in Meadowvale recreation centre as well as the Meadoville Town Centre bus depot. The apartment has a pool, exercise room, and is very safe and friendly with many nearby amenities, such as UFT and square one as well as a Go station into Toronto. There is parking available and is close to the highway 401 and nearby the airport.

The atmosphere is mellow, but busy at times, I have a dog who is 14 years old labrador retriever. She is very polite as am I. I enjoy cooking. I would love to share my space with someone of like-minded. I spend a lot of time out with my dog, and I’m looking for a preferably long-term solution to the cost of living
