Grocery store and bus stop across the street. 10 min walk to west harbor go station. 20 min walk to pier 8. 5-15 minute walk to the best coffee shops in the city.
No other dogs or cats allowed.
No smoking.
Full kitchen, one bathroom has a tub and shower combo, the other is a powder room.
Laundry and dryer in house, *NOT* coin operated.
Backyard and deck access.
Street-parking available.
Couples can be considered, but rent will be $900 + 2/5 utilities. No children.

All of us are artists, though only one makes that her living. Two of us work from home, and the other is a supply teacher. I like to think we have one of the best tea stashes possible (well, for the flavoured stuff anyways). No problem sharing appliances (always on kettle, nice espresso machine, vacuum sealer, other random things) as long as they’re treated respectfully and left in clean working condition.
