PLEASE NOTE** FEMALES ONLY. NO COUPLES.
The room comes with a queen-sized bed, has a lock on door (you will get your own key for privacy), big wall to floor mirror and big slide closet. Window in the room. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished with everything you might need. I do have one dog (Shih Tzu, male, 8yrs old) so would need to be good with animals. Access to big balcony from living room (chairs outside to sit down and enjoy the weather).
Walking distance to Yorkdale Mall and Yorkdale subway station (1-2 minute walk from condo). Also walking distance to bakery, Starbucks, convenience store, pharmacy (5-10 minute walk). Closest intersections are Yorkdale and Dufferin. Condo is located 25 minute subway ride to downtown Toronto and 15 minutes from York university.
Access to: WIFI, shared laundry and shared living room, access to kitchen. Includes two sets of bedding, towels and two pillows. TV access not included in living room.
Access to fully equipped gym 7am-11pm daily. Access to a parking spot in underground parking area (included in the price).
Access to patio area, you can walk out from the gym or access in via ground floor.
NOTE House Rules:
Please bring own hygiene products (shampoo, toilet paper etc), detergent, groceries (will have own labeled sections in the fridge to store groceries)
Please no pets/smoking in home. (I have a small Shih Tzu male dog 8yrs old, no other dogs allowed in).
No defacing walls (eg holes/hang pics).
Laundry access 1-2 times a week inside the condo unit.
No outdoor shoes inside the house.
For safety no events/guests.
Please clean up after yourself.
Please assist with conservation of utilities (eg turning lights off and use of water).

We're looking for...
A female roommate, aged 18 - 56.
The roommates value a peaceful and tidy living space, you will be sharing the unit with Reina (50 year old Spanish lady, speaks limited English but can speak Spanish. If any issues you can contact daughter via WhatsApp). There is a small hypoallergenic dog named Santi Valentino who lives in the unit who is very friendly and clean. We are looking for a female roommate who is also clean, cooking is allowed in the unit but no strong smells.
