I will be working mostly hybrid jobs, which will require me to work from home some days of the week and travel, which is why being near the train station would be ideal, but no biggie if not.
I would like to live with people who are also open to meeting new people and spending the occasional time together (cheeky pub, watching a movie, or making the occasional dinner together, etc.) but also respect private space and lonely time. I don't mind living in a mixed house.
