I recently purchased a brand new home in Casa Grande. This is a 3 BR house with 1 spare room available. Please note this room is in it’s own corner of the house with a designated bathroom of your own. You also have a space in the garage or in the driveway for parking.

This is a month-by-month rent that will last from Nov 1st - April 1st (6-months). There is a chance that I will be open for renting to a tenant longer than 6-months but will start with the 6-month term.

I only require a background check and proof of income. I am not too hard on credit as this is $800.00 per month.

Please note that electric will be split down the middle but internet and trash/water are included with the rent. Private bathroom is yours along with access to the computer / work office next to your room.
