Hello! We are renting several rooms in a quiet, clean home in Cottonwood, AZ near MUHS. This room is the master suite, approx. 13 x 13 + sliding door closet. Within the suite is also a walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower. Room comes with a king size memory foam bed, tall dresser, and two side tables by the bed (if desired). The home is on a quiet street and one designated off-street parking spot is included.

Home is clean, quiet, and has a large deck in the back with sweeping views of the Verde Valley including Sedona's red rocks in the distance. Several guidelines are: single occupancy only, verifiable income and credit check required. You are able to use kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, backyard.

Home is in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and we are seeking the same in our tenants. Close proximity to Frys grocery, Walmart, Home Depot, Starbucks, and there is open space on one side of the house. Any other questions, please ask!

Rent is $1250/month and all utilities are included (within reason)

Deposit: $600 / Minimum stay 6 months / No couples / 1 small pet may be considered with additional deposit
