Just looking for a roommate to take over my part of the lease. The lease ends on December 27th of this year. You'll get your own private room and the girl you'll be living with is my friend named Claire and she's 22 years old. She prefers the roommate to be a girl and ages 18-27. Claire turned the living room into her room and then you'd get the main room with a door. Bathroom is shared, there's a full kitchen. Washing/drying are on site.
