***BRAND NEW*** washer and dryer are just installed in laundry shed which also has a utility sink.
Limited to one clean, organized, quiet, no-smoking, no drug, long term (minimum 6 months) tenant. No pet allowed. No outdoor shoes allowed to walk inside the unit.
Subject to park approval so you need to provide valid ID, good credit score and clean criminal history etc.
