Bit of a unique situation here, but I'm renting out this one bedroom apartment at CreekSide Apartments, due to a unique circumstance.
I originally signed a 12 month lease with CreekSide back on Oct 4, 2022, however, I was recently laid off from my company and am being forced to move back home, I'm ultimately trying to have someone come take over this lease from me and after a month my name will be taken off the lease and the apartment will be fully yours.
The apartment will come pre-furnished if you're willing to work with me on taking over the lease, it will include the following:
-Full Bed/Mattress w/boxspring
-Couch
-Coffee table
-TV stand
-74 in wide desk with drawer.
-Air Fryer
-Microwave
-Plates and bowls
-Cutlery
-Pots and Pans
-Dining Table (quite small tho)
- and more!
***Look at the pictures and it'll give you a general idea.
CreekSide Comes With:
- Gym
- Pool
- Dog park area
- Centralized AC and Heating
- and More!
All of the furnishings were purchased on October 4, 2022 and have been barely used, as I was traveling through several states for my previous position before I was let go. I am also willing to pay the deposit for the apartment as well. Dogs and cats are ok, but you will have to pay an extra fee for that.
Some General Rules:
- Must have good credit
- Must be able to afford 3 months of rent and show proof
