I am owner and will not be at property much as I travel the country for work. So the place is pretty much yours most of the time. New doublewide 3/2. You will have your own private bathroom with tub & shower. Also use of the extra bedroom for storage if needed. Property has Alarm and cameras for security. Internet is also provided. 60% of electric bill is yours. I pay for all other utilities and maintance.
You will not pay more than $75 a month EVER! I promise you. Just turn lights off behind you.
Guests stay a maximum of 2 nights, permission needed for extra time. Tenant has full use of all ammeneties -washer dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, air fryer, baking & cooking utinsils.
Keep the place clean. Do dishes and mop floor. Dirty is not tolerated.
No Smoking inside!! Smoking outside ok but kepp it clean.
I am a Very Easy and lienient person, just do not try pulling wool over my eyes.
Do not be late on rent! Pay early if you think you jave a problem.
I do not like Excuses. Eviction will start IMMEDIATELY!!
