I'd prefer someone professional and peaceful, who likes to use their home as a quiet "get-a-way" space. NO SMOKERS Tobacco/ Vaping Use Prohibited This is a Smoke & Drug Free Property (This includes those that are part time smokers outside of the home.) ALCOHOL is permitted as used in moderation. I am looking for someone that is reliable, neat mature responsible, honest, drama free, easy going, trustworthy, clean person, who is laid back and fun to have around, but understands that because we are sharing the space, there can't be any late night/noisy parties. I don't mind if you come and go late at night.


APPLICATION includes background check paid for by Landlord required. (YOU MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK.) NO Felons, sexual predators, etc need not apply. “The background check goes as far as the individual's fingerprints have been taken and entered into the fingerprint database.” References will be required along with employment income verification. Your monthly combined gross verifiable income must equal or exceed three times the monthly rent. We require proof of income in the form either (2) recent pay stubs, (2) months banks deposits

We split the monthly cost of utilities equal water and electricity. The monthly average per person has been $100.00
