It's a 2/2 apartment, have 1 unfurnished room available. Rest of apartment is furnished. Rent is around $1100 which includes water, trash, fees the complex adds and half of power bill. Room should be available March 1st, roommate just moved out today so I need to clean it up etc. Lease is up in June, if we hit it off we could renew or find another place together.
