Room has its own bathroom in the corner outside the bedroom and it has its own mini hallway. Not fully furnished, but it does have a foam mattress or air mattress if you want to use, that the guest before left and used as a low bed, sturdy. Have a tv for the room and tv stand for the room that’s also a work desk. Lamp included and walk in closet. Has shower curtain you can use for the shower/bath. We just moved and are furnishing the apt aside from the bedroom we are renting out, possible if need furniture we may move ours in there and get a new set if you need furniture. We don’t want guests over since we like to have our privacy, it helps ensure both yours and our belongings are secure and safe , we can talk about every now and then. We are 4/20 friendly only on the balcony of course. I do have two dogs (huskies) super super friendly. I can not have any more pets in the apartment please. We work a lot, my husband most 7 days or 6, early morning to late at night. So it’s usually just me after work hours home cooking and walking the dogs and in my room to myself. We’re young married couple. I work weekdays till 4/5. We have a big balcony screened in on second floor with laundry unit there. We prefer someone working and also likes their quiet space and privacy. We have a 12 month lease but you can stay 8-10 if you talk to us ahead so we can figure something out for last 2 months. We may also be gone for a period of time for work travel not guaranteed. We are easy going we just ask you respect privacy and rules.Utilities included(internet, fpl, water, sewar, and valet trash).
