This 2BR/2BA oceanfront condo has a private 28 foot private balcony with a 180 degree view of the Gulf of Mexico. Balcony has a round table with 4 chairs to enjoy your breakfast as well as a lounge chair to sit and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. Updated master shower is step-in with handicap grab bars and pool has handicap entrance. Beach towels & beach chairs are provided; just bring a swimming suit, toothbrush & flip flops.

This is a 3rd floor unit and there is an elevator. The property has an oversized pool which is heated to 86 degrees for year round comfort. The property has a private beach access with outdoor shower.
