The house is situated right off of 9B and has about a 20-30 minute drive to most of Jacksonville. There is a shopping center nearby with a Walmart and Publix as well as many other stores for daily needs. The room is upstairs with the 2 other bedrooms. It shares a bathroom with another room. The living space downstairs is shared and includes a living room, dining room, and kitchen, all furnished. I can supply a Single Bed if wanted. Feel free to message me anytime, I am willing to rent out this room as soon as possible!

Currently it is just me, the homeowner, and one other roommate who will be moving out at the end of December. We both work but have different sleep schedules.
