Utilities are split evenly and include, trash, internet, electric and gas. The space includes a large front porch and a fenced backyard.There is also a washer and dryer.The neighborhood is bike-able and walkable, with restaurants and cafes close by. There is a one time pet fee of $500 if you have a pet. There is also an $35 application fee. First, last and a security deposit of one months rent are required to move in.
