Hi, I have a private room for rent available now. The monthly rent is collected weekly or bi-monthly. I prefer the room to be occupied short term by 1 person that is clean, respectful, drug/smoke/drama/pet free, quiet or rarely home. No overnight guests please.
I have 3 grown kids that come by from time to time. 2 are in college so are usually visible in December for a month for school break. 1 has a small dog but the bathroom will be mostly yours.
