I just moved out to this property on May 1st with a roommate, however he unfortunately had to move back home. It is a 1 bedroom so the 425 is less than half of what the cost is to make up for me taking the bedroom. Rent is 1016 including water and trash, then power is 100, and internet is 65. Im willing to negotiate to 490 a month for everything, looking for clean individuals, no smoking inside the apartment and LGBT friendly. 18-27 only
