Room is furnished w/queen size bed and dressers. The bathroom is shared; however, the other room is empty (guest room) so really the bathroom is only shared if someone is staying in the guest room. Ideal roommate is someone tidy, kind, and able to communicate. I am a trained therapist so I believe everything can be discussed so tension does not arise which may be common in shared living situations.
