Private single room in a shared apartment building within walking distance to north UIUC campus, a target, and restaurants. You would have 3 housemates, all students. Apartment has a shared kitchen, living room, small balcony, and two full bathrooms with showers. There is parking available onsite if you buy a parking pass with the rental office. Room comes furnishes with a desk/chair, bed, and there's a closet with hanging storage. Kitchen and bathroom storage shelves/cupboards are shared. Monthly price includes all utilities. I'm moving out permanently, so you could take over the lease at the end if you wanted.
