I have 2 bedrooms to rent out at $700 a month per room or $1200 a month if you rent both. There’s a bathroom connected to both rooms that has two sinks. My home is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home custom built in 2015. One room is my old office/storage room. It’s in a quiet neighborhood in Denham springs. One room is semi-furnished with a tv stand, bookshelf, and If needed I can put a box spring and mattress in the room. The other room is unfurnished completely. We can do leases in the terms of monthly, 3 months, or 6 month lease. Gearing towards contractors, students, single parents, and the like though not exclusively. Rent is due every 30 days. No drugs or drug use in the house. What you do away from the house is your business I could not care less. Just don’t bring any drama into my home, pay rent, clean up after yourself, and respect privacy and noise levels.
