I have a bedroom, sitting room, and bathroom for rent in a townhome in Frederick. The rooms include Wifi, power, and water. Will not have cable but there is an Amazon Firestick that comes with the room and I can show you how to access a website to be able to watch any movie or show you want for free. It will also have Netflix and Hulu. The sitting room will have a mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, and electric stovetop. You shouldn’t really need to come downstairs for anything. But, if you need to use the bigger oven/stove or want to watch TV in the living room when I am not there, that’s fine as well. You will also have use of a community pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, and paved hiking/biking trail. Rent is going to be $1,100 per month. This is extremely reasonable considering the cost of one bedroom apartments in the area and the fact that power, wifi, and water are included plus use of the pool and other amenities. It’s a very nice quiet neighborhood. Will need one months rent upfront to get the key to move in. It is available now. Please call or text at your earliest convenience if interested. Please note: NO COUPLES. Single renter only, please. We are not looking to rent to anyone with children living with them. If you have visitations on weekends with a child that’s fine but can’t have any kids living here full time. Also we have cats and 2 dogs. They are nice dogs but big. They don’t make messes inside both are housebroken. We also have an automatic litter box for the cats that puts their waste into an airtight container immediately after they use it. Our house does not smell like a litter box. Just a heads up though if you are afraid of or allergic to dogs or cats.
