My roommate just bought a house, so I am looking for a clean, considerate and responsible professional roommate (no couples) for a furnished one bedroom in a two bedroom house in Temple Hills, MD.

The available bedroom is completely furnished with a queen bed, 32 in tv, a workstation (table, chair, extra monitor) dresser, closet w/hangers, lamps, and a side table. You will have your own bathroom that is right beside the bedroom.The rest of the home is also completely furnished with a living area, dining area, TV, sofas, and kitchen. There is no inhouse laundry, but the laundromat is less than 5 mins away.

The room and bathroom is located on the first floor. The tenant is expected to clean the common areas.

The house is not pet friendly, and no smoking is allowed in or around the property (due to allergies). There is plenty of street parking, but you can also park in the driveway. There is a bus stop right across the street from the house and the metro is a few blocks away. The neighborhood is quiet, and everyone keeps to themselves.
