This is a really nice place, located on a quiet, tree-lined street. Ideal for a quiet, considerate female roommate. The layout is spacious with a large living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry and storage area. The place is well-maintained with hardwood floors, new windows, new appliances and basement with laundry and storage. The neighborhood is also really nice, close to stores, cafes, restaurants, running track and the Charles river. It's a 5 minute drive to the pike and a short walk to the Harvard Square bus and express buses to downtown Boston.

The landlord takes great care of the property including the snow-plowing in winter and landscaping in the summer. Utilities are reasonable, approximately $100 a month on average, higher in winter and lower in summer.

Female roommate only, must be a non-smoker and drug-free. Looking for someone who is respectful and considerate. Although it's an independent living situation, someone who is friendly and enjoys a fun and interesting conversation every now and again would be ideal. The move-in date is flexible - January 1 or later.
