I just purchased my house in August after a divorce. I have two adjacent rooms upstairs. It would be a shared restroom unless you choose to utilize the basement bathroom. All appliances are brand new in the house. I do have three dogs so if you have any animals they need to meet each other first. no cigarette smoking in the house. Rent includes utilities and broadband. Purchase your own groceries. Very low-key house not a lot of visitors but very comfortable. Rooms are not furnished.
