Hello, my name is Carter, and I am renting out rooms in my new house. I have shared my homes for 5 plus years and love to have a community house. We love to have outdoor movie nights in the pool, UFC fight nights inside/outside in the pool as well as wine and paint nights (with everything provided).

ABOUT THE HOUSE: The house is brand new and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,1,800 sq ft. Currently, there is only one room available. This home sits on 0.25 acres and has a very large backyard with an amazing pool that has a water slide and waterfall. This home also has an amazing hot tub that you have to check out! Three bedrooms share one bathroom and we have a cleaner that comes weekly to take care of the home.

LOCATION: The house is located in a safe community in the North West of Las Vegas. The home currently has two women and two men in the home. One of which is a couple.

PRICING (all utilities included): This room is $900-$1000 per month. Call for information

PARKING: Parking is free and available on the driveway as well as the street since it's located in a culdesac.

PET POLICY: Although I personally love dogs & other animals, since this is a shared living situation, no pets are currently allowed. The owner has two dogs at the property currently.

CHILD POLICY: Because this is a shared living situation, no children are currently allowed.
