This is a 3-bedroom apartment on the first floor. You would be sharing the kitchen, living room and bathroom with a responsible, respectful, financially stable, mature, clean, and quiet roommate and an airbnb guest. I am looking for an outgoing person, that does not have an issue with people coming over sometimes and staying late (This is not an every day thing but it happens). No smoking is allowed in the apartment as we also do Airbnb, so the apartment needs to be well maintained to keep good reviews. If you are very religious, and have a lot of sleepover, this is not the place for you as the room is for one person.

We are looking for someone clean, mature, responsible, respectful, financially stable.

The room is furnished with a queen bed, and closet. The rent for the room is (one person only) utilities/Wifi included.
