We are seeking a friendly, clean and laid back person to fill out our little community within the heart of Prospect Lefferts Gardens! In a recently renovated single family home, complete with a front porch and large backyard, we love to cook (and grill), play card and board games, hang out in the park (only 4 blocks away) and otherwise enjoy each other’s company. The house itself is large enough to ensure everyone has their privacy and alone time, and we try to make a point of respecting each ot
