Charming room located in the heart of Astoria, available for long term rent. This queen size bedroom with a huge closet and dresser also includes both a standing mirror and a smart TV.
The perks of this room is; TV is pre programmed with Netflix and Hulu. You will also have your own Alexa device to control your lights in the room.
There is a brand new memory foam mattress waiting for you and modern pull down shades. The room is super sunny with lots of daylight nevertheless it comes with blackout curtains and also features a rug at the foot of the bed, and bedside table with lamp. All utilities and internet are included in the rent. Yes, super fast wifi! The eat-in-kitchen is fully stocked including a microwave, fridge, silverware/dishware/glassware, and more. Full bathroom features a bathtub.

The apartment is located 15 min from Central Park 59st with the N or W train @ 36th Ave Station. It’s a 5 min walk to the train. There is also the R train within a 7 min walk @ Steinway Station that will take you to the city or to LaGuardia or JFK airports. Astoria is a great place for foodies. There is always a restaurant around the corner where they serve good food and the neighborhood is very friendly. Right in the building there is an excellent coffee shop. In fact, you can pick up the apartment's excellent wifi from there! But it doesn't stop there; there are amazing bakeries within walking distance from the apartment. From Italian, Mexican, Thai, American, Slavic, Japanese, French, to even Welsh food, you'll find it all close by, not to mention the best Greek food (and pastries!) in all of New York City! There is also a large grocery store just 3 blocks away.

•The renter I am looking for is a serious male with a full time job. Or a full time male student is fine.
This apartment comes with rules and responsibilities. Cleaning up after yourself is required after kitchen use. Same goes for the bathroom. Tv watching is only allowed ONLY in the room that you are renting, and not the living room. Quiet hours in the apartment are from 10pm until 7am. NO Partying, smoking, drugs and no pets are allowed. I ask that you be respectful of the other tenants in the building as well as the other renters in the apartment. Television and music should be kept at a reasonable level to respect the neighbors.

I don’t mind if you have a social life, however no extra guests are allowed.

• First, last and security deposit is required.

•The rent is due on the 25th each month. After the first of the month you will have to pay $75 for late fees and bank processing fees extra.
