So we are both broadway performers and have jobs coming up that will be taking us out of town. So we are subletting our guest roommates during that time. You will have the whole place to yourself for the month of August. I return during the first week of September and my wife Lauren doesn’t get back until Nov 1st. And then i will be going back and forth to NY during Sept/oct as well. So the room is available from now until the end of October.
