Hello, I have a fully furnished home with off street parking, and live video surveillance in case it's ever needed. So I have 1 big yellow bedroom for rent in a good quiet neighborhood. Almost 1/4 acre with a fully fenced in back yard. The rest of the home is shared. The room is 175 per week, and 1/2 the utility bills and is currently available. Utilities currently are around 120 per month gas and electric, 85 for water and sewage, and trash is almost 20 per month. So, about 120 extra for half.
