A room to rent in Longwood available from June 21, 2025
I am the current 2nd year equine sports medicine resident at New Bolton Center. My roommate is moving out for another residency program this coming June. I am looking for someone to fill the second bedroom in the fully furnished 2 bed/1 bath house in which we currently live.
The property is 7 minutes from NBC and is a beautiful privately horse farm with wonderful landlords. Rent is split ($1250/each) per month but includes all utilities. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment as well as a backup generator (we never truly lose power!). There is also a lovely porch with outdoor seating that overlooks the riding ring and horse pastures.
There are currently numerous dogs on property, including my own two, so we would prefer not to add anymore to mix - other pets are welcomed.
