Amenities to the home include access and use of the second floor living room, kitchen, dining room, fireplace, and balcony.
Access to the fourth-floor rooftop balcony and access to the first-floor garage gym.
There is onsite laundry and Wi-Fi that can be shared with the tenant as well.

Street parking is readily and easily available and is secure as HPD patrols the area regularly since their main dispatch office is 2 minutes’ drive from the house.
And maid service that occurs twice every month pending major holidays that can be included.

Mail can be included and I can provide a physical key if needed to access the mailbox
Onsite storage of items outside of the bedroom can be discussed before moving in.

Pet dogs and cats allowed to stay. Just ask they be house trained and non-aggressive towards people or other animals.

No smoking on the property allowed.
Audible noise hours are 9 AM to 9 PM on all days.

Access to the home can be had via punch code for the automated locks or physical key.
And there is an onsite security system for the home as well.


My home is next to Coastline Pizzeria and Chevron gas station with Z convenience store.
