Hello,
I am happy to share that I have a 1st Floor Bedroom with Private Bath Available for rent starting January 1st, 2024.
Main living space of room is approximately 200 sq ft with a window that can open, curtains, fan, and tv support swing arm. Room also comes furnished with a king size bed.
In addition it has a private bath with toilet, vanity, large glass stand up shower and large closet.
The townhome is in a gated community just northwest of downtown and south of the heights.
Home is next to Coastline Pizzeria and Chevron gas station with Z convenience store.
Home is within 1 mile of Downtown Houston, Target, Kroger, Total Wine, Momentum Climbing, Cycle Bar, Orange Theory Fitness, F45, Buffalo Bayou Brewery, Urban South Brewery, City Orchard Cidery, Holler Brewery, Platypus Brewery, White Oak Trail, Buffalo Bayou Trail, the Cistern Washington Ave., Memorial Highway, Allen Parkway and I-10 East and West and I-45 North and South on ramps.
Within 2 miles of the house is Midtown Houston, 713 Music Hall, White Oak Music Hall, Buffalo Heights HEB, Sprouts, Wal-Mart, University of Houston-Downtown, the Lower Heights on White Oak main drag, Buffalo Bayou Park, Eleanor Tinsley Park and EOS Fitness.
Amenities to the home include access and use of the second floor living room, kitchen, dining room, fireplace, and balcony.

Mail can be included and I can provide a physical key if needed to access the mailbox
Onsite storage of items outside of the bedroom can be discussed before move in.
Dogs, if house trained and non-aggressive, are also allowed.
I would just ask to meet the dog(s) first and see how he or she responds to visiting the home.
No smoking on the property and no pets allowed.
Audible noise hours are 9 AM to 9 PM on all days.

A roommate, aged 25 - 40.
I am a 32-year-old professional who works in software sales. I just completed my Master's degree at UT-Austin and currently work part-time in addition to my full-time role now that I have time again to do so. I largely work from home and try to maintain a very quiet atmosphere at home since it doubles as an office space by in large. I have one other tenant currently living with me, but he is about to move out and live with his fiance full-time. I will rent that room out as well when it becomes available, so there will be another tenant at some point. I do occasionally have guests over, but that is isolated to the weekends if that does occur.
