The carpet is also brand new. The second floor is the shared living space. Living room, kitchen, desk, covered patio. The first floor is an entry way, laundry. My bedroom is also on the 1st floor. There is a community pool, hot tub, and spa for use as well. Again, it is a gated community. Parking spot included. I do have kitchen supplies as well.
