One private bedroom is available in a shared seasonal house. It’s an excellent value with utilities included, and is ideal for young folks working in the ski industry. Winter monthly rate is $800 for a single room with a five month minimum. Located in Central Londonderry; approximately 2.5 miles from Magic Mountain, 8 miles from Bromley, 12 miles from Stratton, 16 miles from Okemo, 17 miles from Manchester, and a short walk to local stores. House is fully furnished and includes three bedrooms, full bath, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Driveway will accommodate three cars. House is non-smoking, and those with allergies to dogs or cats will appreciate that pets are not allowed.

Two rooms are currently rented to a male who works at Okemo and a male who works at Stratton. An ideal roommate will be working at one of the local ski resorts for the winter (Bromley, Stratton, Magic, Okemo).
