I am looking to move out of this apartment at the end of this month and would like to hand over my lease to someone else. This is a 1 private bedroom and 1 private bathroom. Landlord requires a 650 credit score. The total move-in fee is $1,300 which includes the security deposit and rent for the first month. If you are a student, then please make sure you have a co-signer. I will move out on the 31st and you can move in June 1st. Another good thing about this place is it has a shuttle that goes to UVA, Wegmans, and a shopping center at Emmet St. There is a fitness center as well.

I am moving because of school and the requirement for in-person attendance. Rent is $650 a month. Utilities are divided amongst the three of us and are usually around $50 or less for me, and I think it is a good deal. Your roommates will be 2 guys. One works in TV and the other is a student at a local community college. Both are quiet and respectful. The TV guy is not always around because he travels for work a lot. The apartment is clean and if you are someone who values keeping a place tidy, you will enjoy living with these guys. There is laundry in the apartment as well.
