You would be one of three total tenants occupying the house.
The 333 SQ FT Master bedroom has bay windows, an ensuite bathroom, and a separate entrance (through the garage). This bedroom is in a secluded area of the house and is the only bedroom on the first floor.
Common Areas:
Spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony, entryway, half bath, garage, driveway, and fenced-in yard.
Painting:
Room can be painted whatever color you like.
Furniture:
Room is unfurnished. Common areas are furnished but there’s plenty of space for more. The existing furniture is fairly nice/expensive, so if you’re super accident-prone and tend to damage things often, this might not be a great fit… lol.
Pets:
The existing tenants already have 3 cats total. Please keep this in mind if you're allergic. Additional small animals will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Cleaning:
We use a chore list to divide tasks. It’s not a strict regimen, it just serves as a general guide to ensure that no one feels like they’re doing significantly more than anyone else.

A female roommate, aged 22 - 42.
The current tenants are friendly, communicative, conscientious, and clean. We'd love to find a third tenant within our age range who enjoys socializing from time to time. Being best friends isn't a requirement, and we won’t be offended if you prefer to keep to yourself.
