Practicing Wiccan and her frumpy toad husband in East Bremerton, Washington offer single room in our home for rent to a Female tenant only as conditions require that occupant stipulation. Female over 55 years of age to assist wife when husband is away on assignments for his company. Renter must be income stable with their own transportation and must be willing to help wife with errands as needed. Renter must be friendly, outgoing and social with excellent hygiene and no propensity to horde. Home is "420" and alcohol friendly but harder drugs are grounds for rejection and or eviction. Anime fans are a big plus! Both Husband and Wife are big gardeners willing to share their garden space. Wife is active and energetic! We are also working on installing a pool in the back yard for the summers!
