This home IS LARGE and has plenty of room for you to have your privacy and space. Close to EOD School and Eglin Air Force Base. Only a few minutes to the beautiful white beaches of Destin, FL.

Close to Choctaw Beach Park where you can launch your boat or kayak, swim, picnic, or just chill. No neighbors across the street - the Eglin reservation is across the street where you can hike, ride bikes, jog, etc. (Note: images are from the home being furnished just for the images; home is provided unfurnished except for furnishings housemates have added.).

This is a housemate/roommate situation. Utilities included, and lawn maintenance are included in the monthly rent. You are sharing your home with other EOD/Military service members. The rent per roommate is $850. Sorry, NO pets & NO smoking.

Your roommates are EOD students or active military service members from Air Force, Navy, Army, etc. The EOD students are here for the Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NAVSCOLEAOD) school on Eglin AFB reservation; other active duty military might be here for Army Ranger camp, Eglin AFB, or Duke Field. Each roommate was looking for EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE HOUSING off-base and has a similar background to you.
