Looking for someone to replace me as a roommate. Current male roommate works in finance and goes to office a few days a week. He is quiet and keeps common areas clean. He also has a well-trained, lovable dog. Apartment is about a 15-minute walk from the Journal Square Path. Around 15 -20 minutes to WTC or midtown Manhattan. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and fast food. Has in-unit washer and dryer. Currently on month to month, but roommate is open to signing a lease if that's preferable
